• Biddy Early: A sweet wine. Biddy Early is a well known character from Irish history
• Autumn Memories: A semi-sweet red that is appropriate for reflecting on life
• 6th Knight: A sweet red wine named for a mysterious knight
• Carleo: A semi-dry red from a blend of Boco Noir and Villard Noir
• St. Vincent: A dry red wine from the St. Vincent grape
• Nine Ladies: A dry red wine made from the Marchel Foch grape
• Norton: A superb dry red wine; the state grape of Missouri
• Apple: 2008 Sold Out; 2009 is currently being crafted for your drinking pleasure in 2010
• Alainn: A semi-dry fruity white wine
